Pet-Friendly Apartment Living in Round Rock

Calder Apartments makes pet-friendly living feel more scenic in Williamson County. Our community welcomes both cats and dogs, with up to two pets allowed per home and a wide variety of breeds accepted. Residents and their pets can enjoy our pondside walking path and outdoor green spaces, all in a setting designed for daily comfort and convenience. Please note that a $400 nonrefundable pet fee applies per pet, along with monthly pet rent of $20.

Pet Policy: We implement a 2-pet limit per apartment home. Please contact the office for pet fee and pet rent amounts required for each pet. Not approved but not limited to, Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherd, Presa Canarios, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies. Including any mix of the breeds listed above.
Pet Rent Basis: Per Pet
Max Number of Pets: 2
